INTRODUCTION

QUEEN’S SQUARE

New to the Croydon landscape, Queen's Square is an exciting multi-phased scheme located right in the very heart of the Croydon town centre regeneration programme, only moments away from both East & West Croydon transport links.

Totalling six residential buildings, Highgrove Tower is the first building to be released to market and will be a striking new addition to the South London skyline at the centre of this dynamic new urban quarter.

Highgrove Tower’s collection of Studio, One, Two and Three-bedroom apartments will offer elegant interiors with far-reaching views over the city, a concierge service, residents’ lounge, gym studio and roof gardens.

“Queen’s Square is intertwined in the context of the surrounding area which makes it truly unique. The public realm that is a part of this vision will offer Croydon a focal point that will be connected to all the transformation and activity occurring around the development.”
